It's been quite a journey to this point. Training hard at courses far and wide, in the gym, the early starts, the late finishes. Selection Races. Fitting it all around school, study and work, family and friends, getting to and from. Eating well, staying hydrated, working on the mental stuff. Gotta love this sport!
